EXPERT FACILITATOR
This Master Class is led by management consultant Val Yaw. She is an expert in both PI science and practice. With over 25 years of professional practice, Val Yaw leverages her in-depth knowledge of business ownership, operations and workplace performance for both small and large businesses. Val understands the practical application of workplace learning and performance and helps your organization improve human performance, balance individual and organizational needs, build knowledge capital within the organization, and quantify the return on investment of performance improvement programs. With Val, you will learn to strategically design and develop interventions that will positively impact workplace learning and performance. Prior to her work with SHIFT, Val was principal and owner of an Aspen-based, award-winning landscape architecture firm. Val’s industry leadership is marked by her many publications, speaking engagements and national recognition.
